This historical renovation project is one of Merge Architectural Group’s significative project. The original Mid-Century modern jewel located in Phoenix AZ has been abandoned for close to a decade. The new use intended for the facility is nothing but an economic detonator for the area, with the goal to support diversity and inclusion groups as this building could become their new home. The building originally designed by Architect Kenneth Oberg, is intended to be connected to public transit on both North and South sides with easily accessible pedestrian paths. with improving community and community interaction this project wil be part of the reinvent Phoenix Gateway development area.
