Merge Architectural Group completed a new 42 unit Multifamily Development construction documents to be built in North Phoenix. The new development will incorporate 2 and 3 bedroom units in a three-story configuration with 4 different layouts for each type of unit. The project is scheduled for construction on 2018. The new development includes common areas for residents with splash pads, fitness center and a perimeter green belt for residents to use.
