As Co-Founder of the firm and Principal, Carlos enjoys participating in many aspects of each project. As a design-build contractor over his first years of practice he developed a strong understanding of project development and constructability.

Carlos serves as the owner’s point of contact, over-viewing programming, existing Site/Building assessments, Schematic Design, Design development and Coordination, Construction Documents staff direction, Specification writing, Construction Observation/Inspections, Contract Construction Administration and Final Closeout, and Construction Document QA/QC reviews.

Carlos is passionate about changing the way we experience buildings, through navigating space and allowing high-end technology to assist in this process. In his personal time, he does Architectural and Interiors photography, a hobby that allows him to understand better how we interact with built space.
